Chronological Narrative
A chronological narrative walks the call from dispatch → scene → assessment → interventions → transport → handoff. Timestamps make the story auditable.
Strengths: clear timeline, easy for QA. Risks: burying impression and forgetting pertinent negatives. Pair chronology with explicit assessment and disposition reasoning.
Excellent Chronological in the Excellent Narratives module shows how to hang quotes, negatives, and response on the clock.
