Attribute statements: patient, caregiver, bystander, or other clinicians. Quote distinctive phrases. Paraphrase carefully when you cannot quote.

Never invent quotes. In training, use only scenario-provided language.

Good snippet

Bystander stated patient "passed out for about 30 seconds" then woke confused. Patient later said, "I feel dizzy but not in pain."
